On Friday, March 17, 2017 the resident’s and staff of Alcoeur Gardens, the preferred assisted living alternative to standard institutional care for the memory impaired, celebrated in both our Brick and Toms River communities.

Everyone enjoyed the traditional corned beef and cabbage for lunch paired with some mouth watering Irish soda bread. After lunch we put on our green dancing shoes and enjoyed a day full of music, crafts and limericks, I believe there was a jig here and there.

Later that magical afternoon we closed out our celebration with emerald green cupcakes and homemade luck of the Irish green icing, and washed them down with magically delicious shamrock shakes!
