Ingredients:
1⁄3 cup quick oats (dry)
A pinch of salt
3⁄4 cup water
1⁄2 banana (sliced)
1⁄2 cup nonfat frozen yogurt
Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine 3/4 cup water with a pinch of salt.
Bring the salted water to a boil.
Add the quick oats, and then reduce heat to medium.
Cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 2 – 3 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl and top with banana slices and frozen yogurt.
