September is World Alzheimer's Month! This campaign is every September to raise awareness and challenge the stigma that surrounds dementia. September 2019 marks the 8th World Alzheimer's Month. The campaign was launched in 2012 and World Alzheimer's Day is on the 21st of September each year.
Here at Alcoeur Gardens, our daily goal is to provide the best quality care for those who are afflicted with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. We understand the difference it makes for those suffering to have the highest quality of life while dealing with the daily struggles of this disease. We are also committed to the support of the family members and caregivers, who give so much of themselves to care for their loved ones day in and day out.
Let's join together this month and every month, and do all we can to fight against Alzheimer's and support this community! Help us to educate and spread awareness!!
